SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19 Requesting the United                           
States Air Force to rename Shemya Air Force Base to Eareckson Air              
Force Base, was read the second time.                                          
                                                                               
Senator Jacko moved for the adoption of the Rules Committee                    
Substitute offered on page 540.                                                
                                                                               
Senator Adams objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being              
no further objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                       
19(RLS) was adopted.                                                           
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19(RLS) was read the                        
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                       
NO. 19(RLS) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and
